Participants get room to share what's going on, what they find important and which ideas and potential are present in the team. Those who prefer to contribute anonymously can: it's an option, not an obligation.
A shared picture and a next step
By the end, the team has a shared picture of what's going on and a clear next step to move forward together. Not everything is solved in 90 minutes, but the direction is visible and chosen together.
A format within the workshop
To The Next Box
With the To The Next Box, participants collect cards with something they want to share, a question or an idea. Everyone chooses whether to contribute with their name or anonymously. The cards are the starting point for conversation and shared reflection. How contributions are used within the session is agreed together beforehand.
